our herbal infusions and teas!
Come and try one of our herbal tea blends in our Russian style Samovar
(we call it "Sammy" :). Tea and herbal infusions develop their
full flavor and delicious effect if brewed in a samovar. A concentrated
infusion steeps in the top teapot while water simmers below in the large
urn. Steam escaping from the top of the urn keeps the teapot at the optimal
temperature for infusing.
BTW - Our sample cups are made from sugar cane fibers, a recyclable renewable
resource!
